Acceptance of terms
By using KidCart (the app or website at kidcart.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms — continued use means you accept the updated terms.
What KidCart is
KidCart is a family shopping tool. Kids swipe on products, parents review and approve, and approved items are sent to a retail partner for purchase. KidCart earns an affiliate commission from retailers when purchases are completed.
KidCart is not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, hold inventory, or handle shipping.
Who can use KidCart
- The parent/guardian account must be created by someone 18 or older
- Children can use the kid-facing swipe interface under parental supervision
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- KidCart is for personal, family use — not commercial resale
Purchases & payments
When you tap "Shop Now" (or any store action), you leave KidCart and enter that retailer's platform. All purchases, refunds, and customer service are governed by the retailer's own policies. KidCart has no involvement in those transactions and charges you no fees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use KidCart for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, create fake accounts, or use KidCart for commercial resale.
Intellectual property
The KidCart name, logo, design system, and all original content on kidcart.app are owned by KidCart. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
KidCart is provided "as is." Product availability and pricing are controlled by retailers and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidCart is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the app or purchases made through retailer links.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime at hello@kidcart.app.
